Registration Details

Early bird registration pricing is availble June 1 - October 1, 2026. 

Step 1: Choose Your Ticket Type

• All Access: 2026 Patient Safety Summit & Awards Gala (9am - 9:30pm ET)
  Provides access to all event programming (Patient Safety Summit sessions and meals, exhibit hall, evening Awards Gala cocktail reception, ceremony, dinner, dessert, & dancing).               

• Patient Safety Summit Only (9am - 3pm)
  Provides access to Patient Safety Summit only (Patient Safety Summit sessions and meals, exhibit hall)                               

• Evening Awards Gala Only (5pm-9:30pm)
  Provides access to evening Awards Gala only (cocktail reception in exhibit hall, ceremony, dinner, dessert, & dancing). 

• Evening Awards Gala Table for 10
  Includes Evening Awards Gala tickets for 10 attendees at a reserved table. Valid only for Awards Gala Only tickets. (Contact Leapfrog to reserve a table including All Access ticket holders.)

Step 2: Enter Ticket Quantity (1–10)

• You may register up to 10 attendees at one time. (If you wish to buy a table for 10 at the Gala, see Step 7 below). 

Step 3: Indicate Whether You Are Attending

• Check the box if you (the registrant) will attend and select your ticket type.
• Uncheck the box if you are registering on behalf of others.

Step 4: Apply Your Discount

• Enter coupon code LEAPEARLY2026 when prompted to receive your 15% early bird discount (through Oct. 1, 2026). 

Step 5: Enter Attendee Information

• Complete the requested information for each attendee.
• We strongly prefer complete registrations. If attendee names are not yet confirmed, please use the following placeholder information:

• You have the option of purchasing Evening Awards Gala tickets for 10 attendees at a reserved table.
